Life Coach Math
I’ve been thinking lately about the true cost of our micro moments. The cost of ignoring our intuition. It’s more convenient to keep _____ than _____.
The cost of not embracing our growth edge. It feels risky and scary to actually _______.
What’s the actual $$$ cost of staying put, numbing our fears or procrastinating on our higher version of ourselves.
It’s not easy to quantify, but my consistent hunch is that it’s priceless. Staying where we are tends to borrow on future time, energy and resources with, what I believe, is too-high an interest rate.
The RATE:
Regret
Stagnation
Low Quality of Life
Looping Struggles
Low-key Resentment
What If…
YIKES.
But, the flip side of that rate requires us to accept risk and fear and failure.
I have spent a ton of time teetering on the cusp of that equation myself. I get it and it’s why I do what I do. Either way, there’s discomfort and cost.
Except one option pays off. Big time.
Because, what if it all works out?
What strength will I find in leaping?
What perspectives will I reach?
What goodness might I plant in the world?
That version of you who is less stagnant and more confident, calm & resourced?
What would they do in the micro moments of today?
What do they need you to shift in order to get there?
This isn’t easy. But it is always worth it.
Life Coach Math: $1,500 + 3 months + implementing the tools = THAT VERSION OF YOU in Root to Rise.
